Positive Affirmations for Self-Connection, Inner Peace and Purpose

This can be a busy and overwhelming period for many of us - the holidays are coming up, plans with friends and family abound, and the marketing world is in its full stride of discounts and offers. Maybe you’re also looking back to your New Year’s goals and reflecting on what you’ve completed, or maybe haven’t quite.

As a way to calm ourselves from all of this, I recorded a short, 5-min. affirmations audio to listen to wherever suits you - on a walk, whilst travelling, in bed, and everywhere in between. I recommend listening to this every day for a month, or even just a week, for full integration. You can also choose the ones that suit you best and record your own version of this, to rewrite them in a journal. Whatever works for you.

Affirmations are positive statements that rewire our thinking, create safety from within and remove blocks to our happiness. Our mind likes to get in all of these negative thinking patterns and sometimes we don’t know how to stop them. By affirming positive things, we begin to let go of the negativity, down the stream away from our mind and body. And take in a waterfall of positivity.
