A cacao ceremony (or circle) is the intentional, mindful drinking of pure, unprocessed, ceremonial-grade cacao. It’s a space to connect deeper to ourselves, to heal and to grow.
Cacao ceremonies are deeply nourishing and, from my experience, those new to them are always surprised at the clarity, insights and peace that a session brings. It’s a great way to slow down, relax, feel more grounded and take a second from our busy days.
I offer 1:1 ceremonies in and around Milton Keynes. I can offer these at nearby wellness spaces, my home or your home. Availabilities can vary, and I aim to respond within 2-3 working days.
There are no precautions when it comes to cacao ceremonies, though I recommend you avoid alcohol in the preceding 24 hours and stimulants during the 4-6 hours prior to a session.
Ceremonies can be tailored to your own needs and preferences, the seasons or astrological events. Please let me know in advance if there is anything specific you would like to focus on.
