From its roots in the 1500BCE Vedic texts, through the Upanishads and Yoga Sutras, this episode takes you on a journey to discover the ancient yogic philosophy. I share how this has changed through the ages, the wisdom it still holds for us today, and how we can view yogic thought through our modern lens.
