As we welcome in 2024, many of us are releasing the old and starting a new chapter of life. The yogic philosophy of sankalpa helps us to set intentions aligned with our truth, rather than pursue goals externally imposed on us.
A sankalpa is something that naturally arises as we connect deep within and listen to our inner voice. 🦋
Whether or not you already have some intentions and goals in mind, this episode will help you to seek the answers within. I'll give you tips on how you can find your sankalpa, and nourish its seeds to bloom and guide your everyday. 🌷🕊️💫
** The tip I forgot to add is that anything that helps you to get into a flow, surrendered, relaxed state will help you to connect with your sankalpa. Maybe that's a bath, maybe a walk outside, maybe gardening, etc.
