Working with the Chakras: Journal Prompts for Reflection
The Chakras are a system of energy points in the human body, and their wisdom can illuminate parts of is that require nurturing, healing and growth. If you’re new to the chakras, I recommend reading my previous blog post on what they are, their origins and how we can use them to journey deeper within.
In this post, I share with you different journal prompts that you can use to reflect on each chakra, and the way it may be influencing your life right now. As with everything, take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and feel free to use these prompts as inspiration to create your own.
